Job Description

Exciting role for a hands-on regional medical device sales professional to join a young company, early enough to shape the commercial playbook, with the clinical validation and funding already behind you. This is a genuinely novel device solving a real problem for patients. If you want to look back and say “I helped build that,” this is the role!

 

Role:

  • Drive Sales
    • Own the full sales cycle — from first call to contract close — across hospitals and ENT/surgical clinics
    • Build and protect key relationships with surgeons, clinical procurement, and hospital administrators
    • Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training on-site
  • Open New Markets
    • Identify and break into new accounts, segments, and geographies across SEA and APAC
    • Lead tender submissions and government procurement engagement
    • Recruit and manage distributor networks; set KPIs and run business reviews
  • Build the Business
    • Develop go-to-market plans for new launches with marketing and product teams
    • Represent the company at conferences and industry events to generate leads and build brand presence
    • Feed competitive intelligence and market insights back to shape strategy

 

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years’ experience in MedTech / medical device sales ideally in ENT or surgical device background
  • Proven SEA or APAC experience — opening new accounts or new markets, not just managing them
  • Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and building processes from scratch
  • Skilled at engaging both clinical stakeholders (surgeons, nurses) and administrative decision-makers
  • Track record with distributor management and channel development
  • Willing to travel regionally when required
