Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a multi-lingual sales management professional to join a major electrolyte manufacturer, in developing and driving their globalization strategy and operations. You will work closely with various business leaders and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to achieve company goals.

 

Role:

  • Lead all commercial development activities in the EU market
  • Present new products/solutions to current and future clients and develop new business.
  • Develop relationships with customers, channel partners, and influencers.
  • Explore opportunities for cross-/up-selling and geographical expansion.
  • Negotiate and develop capacity dedication agreements with current and future manufacturing facilities.
  • Work with Brand Marketing/Technical partners to oversee critical customer approvals.
  • Interact with various business leaders/stakeholders and business areas of Innovation,
    Sustainability, Operations, Business Development, Legal, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree with proven sales and sales management experience, ideally within automotive industry (Tier 1 and 2) or chemical industry
  • Good business acumen and demonstrated ability to develop and grow strong business relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, German and Chinese in order to work closely with various stakeholders globally
  • At least 5 to 10 years of local living experience and have already developed a good understanding of local customs and commercial environment
