Client Services Manager
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for managing optimum inventory level that is contractual level as agreed with clients. You will minimize out of stock situation and maximize order fulfilment. You will be responsible for client key account management, KPI reporting and management. You will lead and management improvement initiatives and lead projects in process improvement and new product introduction. You will ensure adherence to ISO procedure, local authority regulatory guidelines on GMP/ GDP as well as Regional Quality System in inventory management.
To be successful, you should possess a Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or Business with about 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management and customer account management.
You should possess strong communication skills with some experience managing a small team and in development and implementation of effective training program for the team.
