Exciting role for an experienced professional proficient in cutting edge and agile insight methods to join an established food & beverage organisation in creating consumer insight that fuels innovation
Role:
- Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and product categories and turn it into actionable findings and engaging stories, enabling successful ideation and innovation
- Be the voice of consumers and a strong team player in cross-functional project teams, providing full innovation CI expertise and leading I&R consumer activities
- Plan and execute consumer research, adjusting the techniques to the needs, budget and required pace
- Drive the adoption of relevant social listening tools that you will have previously screened and selected for their relevance to Ideation and I&R
- Help to identify new strategic business opportunities and new consumer behaviors championing social listening
- Pilot new, disruptive techniques, satisfying to the need of an incubator
- Have regular interactions with your peers, based in 3 global R&D Centers and in other research locations
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field with 8 to 12 years of working experience in consumer insight, ideally in an innovation context
- Highly developed skills to identify & translate Insights into meaningful Innovation
- You are open-minded, creative, curious and have experienced novel consumer research techniques
- Proficient in Social Listening tools and/or has established successful collaboration with specialized agencies
- Strong story-telling and analytical skills
- Strong team player, excellent communication/relational and stakeholder management skills
