Human Resource - Learning & Development


Our client is currently in search of a Learning & Development Manager due to business needs.


Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include performance management, training & development, compliance program and employee engagement programs.


You will support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through its Learning and Development initiatives.


To be successful, you should possess a Degree ideally in Human Resource or related fields with at 5 to 6 years of HR experience with some years focusing in a HR L & D role. You should possess strong communication and people skills and able to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines.
