Exciting opportunity for Sales professional with proven solution sales track record in the Education industry in the Philippines, passionate for knowledge and lifelong learning to join as a Senior/Sales Manager, Enterprise Sales, responsible for identifying, nurturing and closing of complex high-level deals, taking business transformation strategy and revenue growth to the next level


  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for institutional clients in the Philippines
  • Own the selling process for institutional clients from opportunity identification to closing
  • Craft proposals that meet client needs and lead presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a territory plan that lists prospective clients and tracks visits and progress on selling opportunities.
  • Create working relationships and establish rapport with executives/senior decision makers within educational institutions.
  • Work with clients’ post-sales to ensure educational services are delivered and deployed to specification/customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with clients’ post-sales in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep updated on clients’ organisational changes in strategy, plans and key personnel.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and update CRM database (Salesforce) with customer/prospect information and market data.
  • Research, recommend and attend conferences to ensure we are at the forefront of industry and abreast of traditional and non-traditional competitors.
  • Prepare material for senior management that identifies any market barriers to sales opportunities and propose potential solutions to improve the marketability of our service offerings.


  • Degree with at least 5 years of selling/business development experience into Universities/Higher Education sector across Philippines
  • Established relationships with numerous senior executives in various Higher Education Institutes in Philippines
  • Skilled at building relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and closing new enterprise level businesses
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with database and/or CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Sets aggressive goals and has high standards and often an over achiever
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive, and the need to complete tasks; always keeping the end in sight, striving to put in extra efforts to meet deadlines
  • Persistent in the face of challenges and setbacks
  • Ability to travel across the country to various Universities whenever possible
